When previewing a store or when a successful search has completed, the user may
be viewing search results similar to the graphic below:
When browsing the products , a number of things could happen:
The end-user decides to give a product a rating: See 7.1.1
Ratings.
The end-user decides to comment on products: See 7.1.2
Reviews.
The end-user may find that the link doesn't work as it should, and so may
decide to report it by using his browser's back button to return to the search
results to click the <report broken link> graphic above the product
he used earlier See 7.1.4 Broken link.
7.1.1 Ratings
The Rate-it link will take the user to a page requesting a 'level of
excellence' rating from him. Note that each user may only vote once.
The Comment link will take the user to a page requesting his comments
on the current product. Note that users may comment more than once. Also, the
comments won't show right away, as it must first be approved
in the Control Panel >> To Do >> Approve/Edit Comments.
Following the report link, the user will be asked details concerning
the problem. Once submitted, changes will not be immediate, as it must first be
approved in the
Control Panel >> To Do >> Manage Reported Broken Product Page Links
